I too, am a food addict.
I was somewhat apprehensive about my success with this fast however, I have just completed my 18th day on the fast, and this is my forst time.
I have not been at all hungry. I do, however miss solid food, and especially those typical foods I was hooked on, however, if you acknowledge those very short cravings as what they are ( a habit withdrawal)It makes it pass immediately. THere are times I even forget to finish my daily ration of the juice- but drink it all - it is vital for the success of the Fast.
My Stats:
Start Weight: 247 Current Weight: 224
Start Cholestrol : 248 Current Cholesterol: 150
Start Triglycerides: 333 Current Triglycerides: 68
It is beneficial to walk 1/2 hr every day, and do some light excercise if you can.
when I started his I could not complete 3 good pushups.
I can now do 10 without a problem.
You can do this! Certianly, If I can!
