I'm guessing I'm not the typical poster here...male trying to training for better nutrition uptake but all of your storie are so inspirational. I've gone from eating 6-7 meals a day to lemonade and tea...wow, on day three and would have NEVER thought I could do this. I'm a cancer that loves to cook and eat, but you guys are right, once you beat the mental cravings your fine! Good luck and here's to better health!
