You ought to be drinking fruits am/veggies pm. I recall the actual RUSH I get from my veggies in the pm, particularly after working out! WOW! And all the tastes, after days of lemonade...
Juice fasting is undoubtedly more work (shopping, prepping, juicing, storing) than the MC, which I love for its simplicity... but the extra support is more than worth it for a long haul.
