The disipline is enpowering isnt it?
I am trying to make it to Sunday,(21 days), and then I will switch to orange juice as well. I had a lot of excess mucus in my system so Im trying to get the last bit out!My tongue was clean and pink this morning and no BM so I guess Im about ready. Sure wanted to see that muciod plaque come out of me. Maybe when I do the kidney flush... Take care!
