Welllll... I love 'em all!
For breakfast I really like
Granny Smith apples with fresh ginger
Granny Smiths with red grapes and ginger (yes I like ginger--and it happens to be a wonderful cleanser!)
Green apple/red grape/pear
Veggies...
Carrot
Spinach
Romaine lettuce
Beet
Parsley
(alfalfa sprouts)
Carrot
Cucumber
Pepper (including a few little hot ones)
Tomato
Onion
Fresh garlic
Lemon or lime juice
(tastes like a V8--I like to add cayenne before drinking)
Carrot
Red or green cabbage
a little bit of green apple
(cabbage is best consumed fresh)
Celery
Green apple

I find that 3 large apples yield around a pint of juice
1 large bunch of grapes yields about 1.5 cups
3 large plums, 1 cup
1 pineapple, about 6 cups
7 medium oranges, 1 quart
I love to juice a whole
Watermelon and drink on that all day long (straining out extra pulp first), AND make tea from the seeds (pour 1 pint boiling water over 1 T. rough chopped seeds and allow to cool) and drink as much of that as I can. This is an excellent kidney cleanse, and YUMMY!
