Don't break, you are detoxing HEAVILY but this will pass. I would suggest making some peppermint tea and try to hold that down. Sipping is preferable to drinking or gulping. I am going to assume that the blood is just from the retching since your first 4 days have gone smoothly. It is normal, especially with a first cleanse, to experience a healing crisis the first week and so the migraine you describe is often a symptom of the detox process. If you have any molasses a spoon of that could help with the weakness you probably are feeling from emptying your stomach. Ice packs on your forehead and the back of your neck will help with the headache as well, you could soak your feet in water as hot as you can stand and that often will bring relief to a migraine.
