Please help... URGENT!

Alright, today is day 5 and it is my first cleanse. I have done everything by the book exactly. I felt great until tonight, but now have a migrane from hell. I also have only had 1 BM per day until today. However I have had about 10 today. My migrane is so bad that I became extremely nauseous and vomitted up about a gallon worth of fluid. I am now spitting out blood. The back of my throat is severley soar, witch I assume is due to vommitting up stomach acid. I'm not sure where the blood is coming from. Not sure if it is internal or from the back of my throat. Is this normal, or should I start breaking the cleanse immediately?
