i read this too.
i specifiically remeber about the clubbing and the dependancy of the bowels on senna to keep things moving.
smooth moves is a senna blend.
personally one tea works on me for three days.
when i do it again i am going to skip it as long as i am going and if i dont i will take a tea. my body also reacts very fast to it. within 3-4 hours i have to go from one 4-6 oz tea.
