After MC and now Liver Cleanse

Today I started the Liver Cleanse with two sacks of apples juiced. I will do the grapefruit juice-olive oil last thing tonight and hope I can sleep. Tomorrow, the lemon water.

I have the elastic support on my wrist to hold that cyst area in place so it won't be under a strain. I hope to see it diminish, as some do for people.

I have wondered about what Burroughs wrote concerning growths in body to collect waste and poisons. Perhaps this cyst is poisons.

Am also going to research castor oil packs more. I put castor oil on it last night and set it in place for all night.

I plan to do parasite cleans and then another flush.
