The support isn't too tight. I just want to quit using it and stop favoring my left had for opening doors,etc.
I got my castor oil from Heritage Products. I need some more, too. It comes from Edgar Cayce 's. I think it is called Palma Christi. Only thing I hate is they kept sending me mail and catologs.
