Flatworm infection validated, prepare for treatment steps

Re: How to approach a parasite infection

This information is for adults. Children need a doctor like Dr Yu.

Start with a Daily Routine:
Start taking Spirulina 500mg tablet 3 AM with distilled water.
1-Daily Vits, 3771, Now Foods, AM
1-Source of Life AM
https://www.swansonvitamins.com/p/natures-plus-source-of-life-no-iron-multi-vitamin-180-tabs
Banana helps sooth the stomach
Pineapple helps with digestive enzymes
Yogurt helps maintain proper bacterial profile. Take this daily. People who have parasites can use yogurt for years.
I used Greek Gods yogurt for my flatworm treatments. Just scoop out 2-3 TBS each time in a small bowl.
A glass of milk is also smoothing.

Stasis formula:
The goal is to stop any growth in numbers, without attacking the infection directly.
Small doses are used. Typically 1/2 to 1 teaspoon Prazi at 6 pm in yogurt.
Startup and maintain low dose Prazi, while other things are done to prepare you for treating your infection(s)
Typical stasis formula does not use Albendazole, it is a multiplier of strength. Using ALB for Cure treatment is essential also combined with Vitamin D3 5000 IU - 50,000 IU for killing some species. Women report 20,000 IU is more acceptable. Daily calcium Milk is also part of the Cure formulation.
Calcium daily is essential. For those who cannot do milk, SIBO bacterial challenges are warranted. A few use calcium tablets.

Albendazole Multiplier:
When you start Albendazole, Slowly ramp, starting at half a dose or lower, need weight to calculate final dose. Albendazole is useful at 2mg/kg up to 8mg/kg/D. Some really infected gals start at 1.25mg/kg.
The half life of albendazole is about 4 hours. To prevent hair loss, never exceed 8mg/kg.
Albendazole can multiply the strength and absorption of Praziquantel, 4mg/kg = 2X, 8mg/kg = 4X.
For certain other species LEV may be used as a multiplier, most react badly.
Some Try TCBZ or MYYRH. Results vary. Rare flatworms require TCBZ and Prazi.

Typical Starting dose of ALB is 100mg AM/PM, break the tablet in half, this usually works to start, but tablets are expensive.
After preparation, We use oral syringe Valbazen liquid 113mg/ml, so one cc into the tube, and squirt into the yogurt.

By the time you are in treatment, and killing, you can be dosing 4 or 5 times per day. This uses a lot of meds, so bulk sources are best long term.

Praziquantel
There are doctor prescription 600mg or 900mg capsule size.
There are also tablets, but these are absorbed poorly.
Typically we use a quality source of 1 KG bags, and a capsuline machine of OO. or OOO. size capsules.
A digital 20 Gram scale is often useful.

A flat teaspoon of Prazi can be 1200mg. Usually startup of half or 3/4 teaspoon are used.

Stasis dose: Start taking half a teaspoon Prazi Powder in yogurt Yoplait strawberry, AM/PM, or just a single dose of 3/4 - 1 teaspoon Prazi per day in yogurt 6PM.

This should be a stasis dose, where infection does not get any worse while we look for other complications, other species.
...

Later on, 4 doses of 25mg/kg for mild flatworm infections, to 33mg/kg for typical infections. Prazi is safe up to 150mg/kg/D doses, and a bit beyond. The best formulation is with a mixture of substances, to reduce the overall med dose. You did not get infected overnight, so cures can take months to up to a year, depending on the complications. Dosing for 3 worm lifetimes often leads to the worms disappearing, but they can come back in a year if not cured. Dosing for flukes usually requires more time to get the eggs left behind. After the first worm lifecycle, the dosing is usually reduced to 3 doses per day.

Alina
_Do the Alina tablet 500mg once per day for a week. If you had a reaction (like you did) then stop. You may have tapeworms, or others. If you get quarter skin sore, or worm movement, take notes. Pictures if any come out eyes or skin. If you react, you may want to extend dosing to 14 days. We can pick up this test after the Prazi ramp and challenge testing of other species has been accomplished.

Daily Supplements:
Start magnesium sulfate ( Epsom Salt USP) pinch or 1/8 teaspoon in distilled water daily AM
Teaspoon MSM powder in glass distilled water, daily, AM
99mg potassium citrate tablet daily AM
133mg magnesium citrate tablet daily AM
200ucg Selenium SEM capsule. AM
200mg chlorella tablet at bedtime - detox
Soda crackers at bedtime.

To Do:
Get a Hair analysis for essential minerals and metals, Low essential metals is an issue that needs to be addressed first.
Doctor's Data Essential Elements and Heavy Metals Toxicity Test – Amazon

Get some Ph. Litmus paper to measure Ph. Under the tongue first thing AM without food or drink. Hold there 5 seconds and read the scale.

Meds will not cure if your Ph. Is not 6.5 to 7.0. This can take some time, and naturals are great.

... He had some strange stringy blood encased in whitish/ clear colored material and we weren't sure if it was parasites or his own blood/ mucous. Did you take pictures with macrozoom camera. This can be a nematode nest. Blood should stop in a day or two.

niclosamide, ... that strange stuff in stool is still coming out and he has sharp pain under his right rib near the liver gall bladder area {a place he has had pain for some time}. We're not sure if we should stop, because we don't want to cause drug resistance, however this is all so weird {and scary}. I would stop, and get a total of 14 pills for a later run. The goal is to identify how many species, and families one has, to formulate a plan, prior to starting to try to do or accomplish anything.

I think you should slow down.
Lets get you on proper supplements, get some health data, poke around with challenge tests, to get a big picture of what is going on.
Having data on your enzyme level Ph, essential minerals, will determine if you are strong enough to fight the battle.
Having some emergency supplements on hand will also be helpful.
ALC, ALA, CQ10, Malic acid, baking soda, MSM, Distilled water, etc.

How much blood?
If the stool turns tan, take 100mg choline tablet daily till it stops

We need to start challenge tests of other meds, to identify any complication of parasitic worms, with other species, or other families.

I sent you a PM.

There are flat worm species (You have if you reacted to Prazi and Alinia)
During Challenge tests, we take half a dose for 3 days to determine if you have other species.
There are about a dozen meds, but a history form is usually used to narrow this down a bit.

Then we start to develop "your" formula.
The goal is to put all your species into stasis with low level dosing, then go after them one at a time, with data in hand.
Sometimes actual enzyme or immune response testing is done.
Few of these tests work, but a few do.

The sequence of test is the GI, Blood filarial, White worms, Red worms, Flatworms, others.
Doing a round of challenge tests can take a month or so. Each med takes 3 days, with a day off to take notes.

A lot of information can be documented by a history form, and the challenge test log.
Then a startup daily routine is written
And a sequence of parasite removal is deduced.

Just testing positive with a med reaction is the first step in a process.
Count yourself lucky to have identified one at your first try.
About 40% of infections involve flatworms.
Come one, come all, long standing infections of flatworms can involve blood flukes, liver flukes, GI tapeworms, Marine parasites, Prehistoric parasites, etc.

I myself had a few tapeworms, blood flukes, 3 different liver flukes, a gigantic fluke, and others.

It took me 3 tries to get all the flatworm family of species. The gigantic fluke was the hardest to kill.

Don’t worry; it is just a process of learning and formulation.
