My impression is a complicated infection. The symptoms and locations you indicate are a bit disconnected. I suspect you will react to flat, white, and red worm challenges. I only suspect a few species. Please take Ph. paper under tongue first thing AM before drink or food, to get idea of enzyme level. I also would get a hair analysis for essential metals and minerals, amazon dr data, $134.

Pressure circling around ankles could be strongyloidea. Try rubbing them with IVM or Moxi if they bother you.
Tingling in feet around top and bottom of toes and in left hand indicates a disseminated infection. Hook worms or larger red worm species can cause this symptom.
Runs indicate a GI infection. The color brown is good, Tan can indicate liver stress, White is bad, and requires supplements.
Circulation, teeth indicate a red worm infection.

So the first step is doing challenge tests. I will private mail you instructions.
The second step will be to develop a stasis formula. Under pressure the population growth stages are suppressed to limit the infection.
The third step is to clear flatworm infection, that you have already started.

I doubt you will see anything, until you get on a stasis formula, which puts mild pressure on your infections(s).

parasites emit toxins, enzymes, and alter your immune system. Treating even flatworms requires pressure on other infections, like IVM for red worm infections, and DEC Dimmitrol for white worm infections. When pressure is put on other infections simultaneously, the body is then able to clear flatworm infections. Clearing flatworm infections also requires your immune system components to be functioning properly. Things like beta glucan and red pine needle oil may be required to tweak the immune system, and in many cases pathogens like bacteria or fungal infections press on immune interleukin. In these situations we apply rose hip seed tea with magnolia bark extract. Guai and vanilla can help strengthen the immune system. Metals balance is essential to having a strong immune system.

A stasis formula, once tuned, should make you feel better, and help to get you healthier.

In extreme infections like ascaris, magnesium is taken at a high level, to force the cell into alpha, or on. The amount of information can be daunting, but in a structured format, the amount of information is more focused. The less you have to know the better. You have to know how to be able to reach past symptoms, and observe dosing effects. In this way you can tune your formula.

Daily small doses of magnesium and potassium citrate are needed to provide a safety margin. Many a trip to the ER can be avoided by taking daily potassium citrate.
A few months of magnesium Sulfate caps may also be required.
We look at carbon, nitrogen, Sulfur, enzymes, Immune, Amino, metals, and other aspects, depending on the species we believe are present.
Until treated, you have no idea how large the infection(s) are. parasites are stealthy until they are medicated, where they start to get sick and make their presence, scale, and locations known.

Going slowly and progressing into a formula, your formula, with a gradual progression of clearing infections, is the most prudent and least painful way to deal with infections. These guys will fight back. There is a lot to learn.
