Sounds familiar...

That good old fasting clean, clear, light, HIGH!!! Good for you!

You can actually get a colonic at any point before/during/after a fast with excellent results. I am doing a series of three now, and I sincerely believe they are helping me to rebuild the tone of my previously poor abused colon! colonics and Liver Flushes at about 2 week intervals are getting my digestion in better condition than it has been since I was in my 20s!

I plan to do one more ten day cleanse starting next week, another Liver Flush and another colonic... then am taking a break til the new year! I should be inspired to keep it clean and light through the treacherous holidays!

Another wonderful item to add after the first few days... fresh fruit (I particularly like papaya) whizzed with natural yogurt (I like to thin it with soy or coconut milk) and flax seed for breakfast! Again, early in your break SIP it! You will only break that rule maybe once--you can get some world class gut cramps by overdoing things!

It will take some time to get your digestion 100% back on track. Have patience! Remember you are still cleansing during this period.

Did you ever see any of our stories on Sniffers Anonymous? When you are well into a fast and getting clean, things smell SOOOO good (or bad!)! Many times I have snatched a plate from a dining friend and taken a good long whiffff!

Me: Hello, my name is Somer, and I am a Sniffer...
All: Hello, Somer...

It's all good!!

Big hug,
Somer
