Thank you for your reply, and your kind words....I am especially indebted to your step by step analysis of specifically how to break the fast...I wasn't sure if Burroughs was talking about breaking the cleanse after 10 days, and I am truly more concerned about how to reintroduce foods into my system than I was starting the cleanse...so, I now have a "Reintroductory Manuscript" to follow, as does Squeaky Clean Carland if he/she chooses to, and believe me Somer, I plan to totally take it SLOWLY and I know I will want to chug the OJ...I have a friend who has an organic orange grove, so here's to fresh squeezed!! By the way, I just buried my head in the mint patch outside in our yard and smelled and smelled and then moved on to the oregano and the lavender... Our cats, Boo and Oops, were actually following suit trying to figure out if I had found a lizard in there or what. I simply am so excited about moving on to the next stage...FINALLY!!

I also plan to follow your cleansing pattern as a rule for the next year and see how it goes...I've never done a colonic, but I read that you advise getting them after I am on a regular eating schedule, then I will do that and a liver flush...I may call upon you to help with the flush, too (not physically of course!)....anyway, here's to OJ, all the fruits and veggies of this extraordinary planet,all the wonderfully happy cleansers, and the grace to be living in the most dynamic and exciting time of any on our planet!!!
