i agree with you, i just dont have any further answer for you.

johns hopkins says goiter can come from under or over production of thyroid hormone.

maybe do some cutting back and playing with dosage. the rest of what i said is golden for anyone wanting to improve health. seed oils (linoleic acid/omega 6/ PUFAs) are the number one health threat to americans. they make people fat and sick.

i think there are some good Iodine groups on facebook but im banned for life so take a look there.
