Funny read, and just want to say i am experiencing the same thing. ,i have paid natropaths you name it but until i found monolaurin and a fungal mix of pau de arco and Black-Walnut etc and did enemas omg the strings, they are exactly like you describe with the middle piece almost like it's their system and the bits that attach to your colon, i just hate to think how much is in me, i had same symptoms, also low ggt bile flow , still is so i have a fair bit to go!
