Peeling lips is caused by dry lips. Y'all don't want your lips to be in contact with water, when that is exactly what it needs. Your lips are severerly dehydrated. Make your lips be in contact with water as often as possible. Imagine if you don't moisturize your hair, dandruff starts building up. One needs to moisture their lips with water, You cure this thing with water. Not lip balms that don't hydrate your skin.
