Im just correcting you so you dont go on the wrong path, People with accutane get EC because it dries out the mucous membrane (thats why the inside of their noses get dry too)

But when the lips are so dry they are exposed to the bacteria from inside the mouth.

Good oral hygene is required, ive started rinsing my mouth with water after i eat. But i need more than just that.
