Re: What causes peeling lips?

I saw a clip about fluoride in toothpaste. I heard it was too little amount to benefit your teeth. The only beneficial fluoride treatment iis the tray of fluoride at a dentist visit. I only had those when I was a kid. And you would not use the tray like daily use of toothpaste so there would be less exposure to it. It makes you wonder if you should brush your teeth with bottled water or filtered water. I guess it depends where you live- how much fluoride is in your water. I had a water analysis test done at my house. I will have to check it to see how much fluoride is in my water.

A dentist would not find overgrowth of bad bacteria in your mouth unless your gums looked rotten or something. No dentist ever said I had overgrowth of bad bacteria in my mouth. They just said that everyone has lots of bacteria in their mouth.
