Any remedies for parasites In ear drum and throat/neck

Any remedies for parasites in the ear drum? I have a systemic infection of something in my head and brain and throat. But most annoyingly in my ear drums they vibrate pretty loudly . maybe pork Tapeworm maybe small ascaris. The most annoying thoough in the throat pockets down my neck where they nest and ear drums.

Any ideas?

They nest in my hands routinly causing an extreme amount of pain but I rub Ivermectin and dmso there which reliefs significant discomfort. I squirt it in my ears at night but not sure it really goes down far enough . Tweet
