1. Ionic detox foot bath machine (ebay)
This pulls out tiny things, including mercury, etc, mite eggs/lava. Also great in chelation.

2. Hydrogen peroxide
Try dropping some hydrogen peroxide into the ear. Leave it there for 10 to 15 min, then tilt over to drain.

Repeat on the other ear.
Any store bought, 3% concentration will do.

Can use a clean straw for that.
Good for cold and flu too.
