Re: Exfoliative Cheilitis Survey

What do you aim to accomplish by asking these questions?

Was your plan to get many responses and then to analyse the responses to make sense of them in some way? If so, I have a few suggestions.

The questions need to be scaled down considerably; you have 32 qualitative questions, many of which would require very lengthy answers. Very difficult to extract meaning from lengthy responses (if you can convince people to respond in the first place).

Questions shouldn't contain tangential nested questions.

Avoid asking separate similiar questions (e.g. 3 and 18).

Avoid asking ridiculous questions such as 27, 28, without providing any reasoning to why you want this information.

If there were 10 concise questions, from which I believed you could extract meaningful data from, I probably would have responded.
