Coffee enema question?? Why always parasite in stool

Anyone know why coffee enemas purge parasites? I have been doing coffee enemas off and on for years and mostly every time I do one, there is a worm of some sort in my stool the morning stool after the enema. I think a ropeworm?? I have done many, many parasite cleanses without any visible parasites. Seems only the coffee enemas eliminate the big ones. I am curious as to why(and how many could be in there after all this time)and after researching this topic many times without any answers, maybe someone out there has one... hopefully!!!
