Hello again,
To clarify, I have had success with an organic beet juice enema. I also tried an organic prune juice enema and both seems to be really helpful with clearing out toxins and tons of other gunk. The beet juice (to me) seems to disrupt and dislodge large helminths. To a lesser extent, prune juice. And the type of toxins and junk each clears is different. The beet juice seems to help with gall bladder pain and clears the pressure and pain I sometimes have in that area. It feels to me like it purges on a deeper level. Prune juice is a less potent, more generalized cleansing agent in my experience. And, I find the prune juice causes some cramping, nothing serious but if your system is sensitive maybe try diluting the juices with distilled water The method I utilize involves holding the juice for at least 20 minutes while lying quietly on my left side, the same as a coffee enema.
For people new to coffee enemas, I find it best to do a series of cleansing distilled
water enemas before you move on to coffee or juices. I have been doing daily distilled
water enemas for almost two years and have worked over time to clear my system, which was apparently in bad shape. But, for the best results, before trying coffee or juices I recommend one or more distilled
water enemas (not holding for any amount of time personally) and just go until the water runs clear. That way you know the coffee and/or juice is able to touch your inner tissues for maximum healing. It can be a tedious and time consuming process if like me when I started this journey, you have indulged in a diet of processed foods and sugar. It takes time to clear and heal your system is my experience. But it is worth the effort.
I have also found organic aloe vera juice to be useful and refreshing fwiw.
I first discovered the amazing power of beet juice when I visited a local juice bar and tried a fresh cold-pressed beet juice shot, which was amazing. It cleared my system, helped clear the brain fog and gave me a big boost of energy. However, after some research I do have concerns about raw
juicing in terms of the possibility of
parasites in raw foods and opt for health food store beet juice myself for drinking and enemas. Beet juice has extraordinary healing powers. I don't have time at the moment to share more information but I encourage others to research the topic if you are curious.
