You can use a laxative tea. I almost never do the salt water flush more than once and drink the tea the rest of the time. A couple of good ones are Smooth Moove and Get Regular. You can pick them up at any health food store. Start easy at first - maybe brew 1/3-1/2 a cup of tea and then add more hot water to fill your cup. You can work up from there. If you start with a fully brewed cup it will probably cause cramps. I prefer Get Regular, it's got more than senna in it and some of the other herbs help quell cramps.
