Hi Archus, so I've been refeeding for the past 2 weeks but I have still eaten little food. My issue has been that even small amounts of tomato broth was making me feel uneasy and bloated. My body is just sending me the message that it is not hungry and that it does not want any food. So I've been fasting again for the past 3 days. But I'm starting to feel the pressure to eat because it's been almost 50 days at this point since I officially started fasting and the past 2 weeks of refeeding have been unsuccessful. Should I just force myself to eat, just very slowly?
