So I ended up fainting in the gym (ambulance & everything) 2 days later...but I knew something was wrong/brewing.
**BTW I was not working out, gym has a hydro-massage plus my bath is under construction, so I shower there too. I had been doing this throughout the fast.
As I mentioned in the post above I literally could feel blood rushing to my head, it was warm sensation and the dizzy spells were getting stronger and stronger which I why I made the post. I read somewhere to take deep breaths to calm dizzy spells and it was getting harder to calm it down which saved me that night(I knew I was in trouble, got dressed, sat down & called my friend b4 fainting). Obviously I broke my fast at that point (broth 1st day and minimal fruits the next) but I was still feeling dizzy until I ate lots of carbs.
Any feedback on this?
It was also my TOM so I wonder if that anything to do with it since 1 month later I did notice feeling dizzy again (I normally don't).
Also my blood glucose reading after fainting was 110...should it have been that high?
I want to do another fast, so what did I do wrong/what can I do differently? I won't be able to stay in bed this time around, so maybe a series of shorter fasts? Lack of electrolytes?
Appreciate any insights.
