Update and should I break the fast?..19 days in...

On the Acid reflux, I decided to stick it out and its gotten better, so long I limit my water intake and sip vs gulp it down...but, it is still there. I'm still burping (not as much) and as recent as yesterday, it felt like rotten egg...but I haven't eaten for 19 days....what does this mean? Its not hunger pains but stomach still hurts from time to time, due to acidity or after drinking water. Could there still be remnants of food in my stomach? Just part of excess acidity? Has anyone experienced this? Should I push till 28 days or stop and re-assess?

Also I always feel light-headed/dizzy when I get up, bend or do anything with little effort...is that normal at this stage? I thought being in ketosis meant lots of energy, clear mind, etc I mean I feel ok, as long as I'm lying down or sitting, I don't feel weak or hungry. I did spend most of my time initially in bed(afraid to faint), and it seems to be getting better now that I'm forcing myself to get up more, run errands etc. Is it due to low blood pressure cos I can literally feel the "blood rushing to my head" sensation.

1) After much reading I decided to switch to distilled but now back to spring after the 12 days to get in some electrolytes (following advice I read on here)
2) I discontinued those items, occasionally using coconut oil when cracked lips got too bad
3) Still no #2, is this normal?
