Thank you but let me clarify---I am not using supplements.
I am inquiring about adding (meaning I haven't done so) these specific ones because I believe they may not act as a source disrupting the fast, but can assist the detoxing with the fast. That s why I was specific about what I asked. I cannot find anyone online whose used any of these and has an educated opinion or fro experience. I think I will go ahead and use the activated charcoal but I had hoped someone with knowledge on it would share their insight.
