water fasting, urine colours and, hypothyroidism meds.

Hello All, I am not completely new to the forum of water fasting. I have been undertaking water-fasting for a number of years. My longest water fast was 7 days. I was encouraged to break the 7 day fast (which I did) as the urine colour changed to a brown colour. I am overweight and have hypothyroidism. I take NDH (Naturally Dissected Hormone - metavite 111). I have to take NDH as my gene test (conducted by Qiyas) showed I could not effectively use synthetic Levothyroxine. I noticed that lugol's iodine has been mentioned for my condition it is something I know very little about and will do research on. However, I want to start the 10 day fast in the next couple of days and do not think its a good idea to change to much of my routines. I have a few questions. Firstly should I have carried on fasting regardless of the urine colour changing to brown as I felt okay? Secondly, colour change of urine was measured on a Keto stick, and it demonstrated that my body had gone into Ketosis. Is it good to be in Ketosis? Thirdly, I carried on taking my fish oil and NDH during the original 7 day fast, should one carry on taking medication/oils during water fasts? Fourthly, my intention is to undertake a 10 day water fast, is there any advice or signs I should look out for? Fifthly, how do I access the diaries of previous water fasters? is there a link? Thanks, U.K.
