Is Goats cheese acceptable to eat?

"Is Goats cheese acceptable to eat?"

I doubt anyone can answer that question correctly, but you.

You try small amount of cheese, and if it does not give you bad symptoms, in about 3-7 days you try double as much .... and you simply find out the answer to that question by testing yourself.

"does this sound like im eating properly for healing the body?"

Yes, it does.

Beware, some people with Seb-Derm react to many fruits and some nuts.
Try sometimes living for 7-14 days on no-fruit diet to see if fruits are your Seb-Derm trigger.
