Correct Diet
Thanks again White Shark for taking the time out to reply, you are really helping me!
This is what my current diet looks like:
- salads (probably 4 times a week) will start putting oilive oil on with lemon
- prepare all my meals from home - usually stir fry vegetables with some spices, cooked: chicken, turkey lamb, and white fish which i eat with small portions of rice or noodles
- sometimes just eat fruit on its own as a meal or juice (fresh orange, grapefruit and lemon juice i have been consuming lately)
- i have cut out all processed foods around 5 months ago. I make all of my food myself most of the time, i rarely eat out anymore unless its a special occasion
- consume my own home made sauerkraut from time to time
- I also eat home made spelt bread from time to time this is the only wheat i consume. it only has few ingredients in it.
Is Goats cheese acceptable to eat? I don't really eat alot of cow cheese anymore.
does this sound like im eating properly for healing the body? I dont really eat alot of fish, so i doubt i will eat raw fish! I will try the raw eggs though..
