No problem you don't have to buy the expensive turmeric I didn't have money for that kind either so I bought the spice from the grocery store and then I went online and ordered a 1lb bag of it since I'm using 2 teaspoons a day. Piping rock has the best prices for everything. I'm not kean on the price for shipping but they have quality products from what I've tried thus far. With the powder just make sure to put black pepper in it when you consume it. I'm actually contemplating doing a foot bath with it as well. Stains the skin though.
