So you think it could be parasites?

See I've seen squiggles but when I press against them they are like goo. Any ideas?

I was putting it down to stress and NSAIDs causing leaky gut but now I don't know anymore. I thought parasites initially as it all started after spending a summer in the US. So confused. I've had 2 stool tests come back negative for parasites. I don't know what to do next. I feel I need a doctors / medical professionals guidance.
