Re: Did anyone have acne BEFORE supplementing iodine? Did iodine help?

I have been dealing with cystic Acne for years. I finally felt like I cracked the code but now that I am taking Iodine 12.5 mg, it is coming back. Ugly. I am sticking with the Iodine but really need to get this under control.

This is my action plan:

1) Salt Loading Protocal-
2) Estroblock -has been a lifesaver. Can find on Amazon.
3. Intestinal Movement Formula. Lifesaver. Ran out for over a week. Could have contributed
4. Liver Cleansing Formula. Also had run out.
5. Zero dairy except Ghee. All Organic.

Adding Zinc and Selenium.

Making sure I am doing co-nutrients.

My skin was looking great but now it's getting complicated aka big cysts. I pray the Zinc and keeping my colon, liver supported gets me back on track again.
