Hello! I found out about Iodine supplementation because I was looking for an answer to my acne. I had a number of symptoms of Iodine deficiency and I thought that Acne could be one of them. I'm just starting the supplementation but when I first started, I cleared up right away, but then I broke out again after 2 weeks. I'm just wondering if Iodine has cured any of your acne, and if iodine deficiency might be the reason for mine.

If any of you have cured your Acne with iodine supplementation, how long did it take? Did it get worse before it got better? Thanks so much!
