I am having the same issues. I have had Mirena for a year and just got my lab results back. My AST and ALT were extremely high. I am going to discuss this next week with my dr. From what I have researched this seems to be somewhat common. Not sure if you ended up getting yours taken out. If so please let me know how your lab results were! Thank you! Tweet
