Re: Vitamin C a bad idea with an ulcer ?. Gut dysbiosis and/or SIBO treatment help.

hi Tay, I also have diagnosed gastritis ad SIBO. I am also wondering whats the least inflammatory form of vitamin c to take? I have been taking ascorbic acid powder for a week, its helping with my symptoms of SIBO and candida, however its flaring up the gastritis symptoms of sore teeth, scratchy throat and referred upper back pain inadvertently from the stomach. despite the pain, I'm still persevering currently as I'm seeing more pro's than negatives.
Cana anyone suggest best form of Vitamin C? (The buffered forms, i am worried to take because i read the magnesium and calcium used to buffer the vitamin C, help SIBO build their biofilm protective coating preventing their die-off!)
