Have you tried MSM for rosacea? My friend found it to be extremely helpful.

And since the sulfur component of MSM is key here - warm Epsom Salt bath would also be helpful.

Furthermore, my friend also had to heal her soul and explore / "reprogram" a belief of "losing face" closely related to her symptoms. We are kids (the adult type but still) experiencing life, there is no harm in making mistakes/poor decisions/circling around (like we do so much to heal of disbiosis) to see what the outcome will be - we are in a big lab, experimenting and no one can judge - we are kids joyfully experimenting.
