Rosacea started to come back; so much for candida progress!
So going back to when I first started to realize I had candida, it was because I had started to research why I was having attacks of rosacea at the time. Over a year ago, slowly, I began to have a red, stinging, creepy crawling sensation on my face. Eventually, it got to the point where the pain and stinging was distracting me at work and became worse just about every day. It felt like someone had thrown acid on my face. The way I finally cured it (the first time) was with undiluted ACV applied all over my face. That got rid of it in a few days, totally. Apparently the ACV killed whatever mite or yeast was eating my face.
Fast forward to recently, after a particularly stressful day at work last week, I started to feel the stinging and crawling sensation on my face again. My first thought was, you cannot be serious, I got rid of this way back in the beginning, and I've made so much progress since then. There's no way that this could be happening again. Well, I was wrong. The stinging got worse and worse until I applied ACV all over my face yesterday. Now, this morning, the stinging is all but gone again. But it was a huge bummer to know that it was poised to take over my face again.
So the point of this message is that, at least for me, I am now convinced that all of my problems--rosacea, candida, etc.--are rooted in an impaired immune system. With as far as I've come in the last seven months, it blows my mind that the rosacea (be it yeast or mites or whatever) was able to come back again, despite all of the immune-building I THOUGHT I was doing over these past months.
My next step is going to be getting my 12+
Amalgam fillings removed. I have a consultation appointment on Monday. After everything I've been reading I am really starting to believe that the fillings are having a negative effect on my immune system. Hopefully that will be the final step toward getting my immunity functioning like a normal human being again.
