I've been reading the comparisons of general heavy metal detox using EDTA vs. DMSA. (DMSA sounds so much safer, but I just bought and opened a bottle of EDTA. -- Did I just waste my money on something I have to throw away?) Can I try EDTA and avoid the potential for rapid hypocalcemia? (Is that a result of taking too much or too quickly?)
It should be taken on an empty stomach (like at bedtime) to avoid chelating vitamins and minerals taken throughout the day?
Does EDTA or DMSA need additional fiber or other carriers to sweep toxins they capture out of one's body?
If I want to take systemic enzymes (also taken apart from food), are the two supplements compatible?
I've also been eating salsa (containing cilantro, onions, and adding my own raw garlic). - Is that comparable?
