So interesting. It makes me think of gingivitis, how collagen cells get phagocytosed because of bacterial toxins interfering with collagen metabolism.
Btw, you can upload pics by going to the images link on the main page for this forum, upload the pic, and copy/paste the link under the pic into the body of a message. Or, if the image is on another site, just copy the link location by right clicking, select "copy link location," then paste into a message.
So, here's a few ideas that are probably completely wrong, but maybe something in them will trigger another idea.
First, how bacterial toxins (lipopolysaccharides) cause errors in collagen metabolism. Basically, causing your body to mistakenly phagocytose the collagen. This could be a starting point for more research.

This is the molecule that normally regulates collagen phagocytosis, call Decorin. You could try supplementing it's precursors in case there's a deficiency.

Precursors to Decorin. It looks like it relies on the amino acid Leucine, Chondroitin Sulfate and Glucoseaminoglycans, one of which is glucosamine:

Leucine is one of the Branched Chain Amino Acids used by body builders and for a number of conditions, including ALS, which is a sclerotic disease:

It would be real easy to supplement BCAA's and Glucosamin/Chondroitin to see if it helps. And try to reduce LPS, which is difficult. Properly functioning bile is your main defense/detox against these.
Lipopolysaccharides (LPS) are cell wall fragments of gram negative bacteria that are super toxic, can cause endotoxemia, but people with chronic overgrowths become overloaded and then more tolerant to them. They're thought to play a major role in autoimmune/autoinflammatory diseases, even autism.

I tried searching collagen + autoimmune and found a lot of disorders, but they all appear to be systemic, not specific to the face. It's very odd.
Anyway, I hope something in there helps you or sparks anther idea.
