Oh and I think anxiety does exacerbate the situation. I notice if I think someone makes an odd expression,I start thinking about it. I know it's hard, but try not to think or care about it so much. I have only been taking the supplements I mentioned for 4 days and already feel better. It just takes time, but I'm thinking about going in to see a physichiatrist or phychotherapist or both lol. Couldn't hurt at this point.
