Ok, I have been researching leaky gut for awhile. Have you tried anything for your syptoms? First, take mastic gum, DGL and probiotics to replenish,repair and restore your intestines. If you let leaky gut go untreated for a long period of time, eventually it will weaken your rectum and the sphincter muscles in and around the anus. Use, aloe Vera or fractionacted coconut oil on the area a couple times a day and after bowel movements. Supposedly, once you have the leaky gut under control and the right flora in your intestines and rectum, they will eventually strengthen up again. I would do the kegal exercises as well. Only been trying this out for about 3 days now, but already feel better and think this could work.
