Hey, this is gonna be a weird question, but. I think my anxiety has had me forget how to tense my anal muscle? As far as I know there are 2 muscles down there, one upper and one at the bottom(the ring) The ring isnt an issue as I can tense it, but the upper one I can't feel or tense? Is it possible that my upper muscle isnt working so fecal odor leaks out? I've tried doing kegel excersises but holy shit, It's hard. I can't find the muscle so the excersises doesnt work for me... I can only tense the lower muscle.
Can someone tell me if i'm completely wrong or if it's correct?
