I would suggest not starting with the morning until it wasn't cloudy. By taking a small amount of your own urine you are providing your body feedback as to how it is processing waste and how it is balancing your internal chemical systems. I believe that morning urine is recommended because is is the most concentrated. During the day a well hydrated persons urine will be mostly water compared to morning urine. But in your case cloudy seems like it is over concentrated so I would suggest not using it. Any urine is good urine and I suggest only an ounce or so.
