Just start by swishing your mouth with mornings urine and then spitting it out. It absorbs into your mouth a little bit. Then graduate to swallowing a tiny sip. Keep fine tuning your diet always making it cleaner. Then start brushing your teeth with mornings urine then spit that whote bubbly stuff out. Try gargling with mornings urine. Get in a rhythm practicing it. If you back off for a while just remember to start at it again and try ramping up how much you can swallow.
Applying it to the skin is a mess in my opinion. It works really well but it is a mess and it can stink and if there is even a tiny drop on your clothes or furniture it will sometime permanently stink like aged urine. But the aged urine applied topically does seem to work wonders. Its just be cautious how and where you do that and be fully prepared to clean the scent off of you unless you want it stinking up you furniture, car, house, etc.
