Also when you spit urine out, spit it in the toilet. If you spit in the sink the bathroom sink the drain will start smelling like urine. I am sort of new to urine therapy but I think it might work very well. However, the scents can be yucky or offensive there is now way around that. Others say they just soak in aged urine in their bathtubs and I can not imagine how bad that would turn out. Its a mess because like I say even one drop of urine will make things stinky. I have two glass bottles of urine aging and keep them in my garage inside a rubbermaid bin. I had books and other things in the bin and they are now permanently smelling like aged urine fumes. I have read most of the urine therapy posts here at cure zone and watched videos and read books on this topic but do not remember any warnings about keeping clean about urine therapy practice. In my opinion there is no way on earth you can just rub your face with urine and then go about your day without anyone smelling it.

Also I noticed most improvements with urine fasting. I have only lasted 48 hours max doing urine fasting but it seems to dramatically quicken the healing process. Tweet
