Re: Horrible foot odor with shoes on
Hello, Patpo. Unfortunately, I have not seen any improvement based on what I eat or drink so far, although black tea seems to be doing something from the first day - admittedly, I can't say that I am as experienced with diets as others here, as I tend to move on to something else if things are not getting at least slightly better after two weeks. Some I believed to make a difference, but it only lasted a few days, as I could see both from the reactions of people around me and based on the fact that I can smell my own odor, although not as clearly as others. What I tried was eating only natural foods and taking a lot of supplements for BO (Zinc, Magnesium, B2, MSM, Chlorella,
Grapefruit-Seed-Extract and many others), but none were effective. As I said, there is a little hope with black tea, which I would recommend that you try yourself since it is cheap - I drank 2 cups twice today and it seemed to reduce the odor by 50% or more at times. Decent, but not quite enough due to the severity of my case. However, it is definitely worth a look, you can search these forums and find many cases where it worked amazingly well.
