Re: Why is Ongoing Repentance Necessary For A Christian?

The thing is, those "whiners" as Refreshed calls them, I think would have been just fine with admitting they had made choices that probably lead them to being unwell, if that was indeed the case. But the shocking way Moreless would respond to these people when they were just seeking help to learn how to make better choices, is what was so insane and hurtful to people.

Obviously these people that were reaching out for help to learn ways to heal weren't the in denial drug addicts Moreless talks about in his post, who didn't want help or to change their way of living.

I remember this one guy who was very ill and he desperately wanted help. So he set out to learn from Moreless and he was a good student, listening intently. And he worked so hard to do what Moreless said to do. But he didn't get better. And so he kept going to Moreless and trying to figure out why he still wasn't getting better. But because Moreless was the narcissist he was, he couldn't ever accept when someone would say something he suggested wasn't working, so he treated the guy like a dog and kept ignoring his questions. I talked to the guy privately and he was very hurt and he kept getting sicker and sicker. I just hope he found help after realizing Moreless wasn't going to be the one to help him. But he followed Moreless and his teachings for at least a couple of years if I remember right.
